Can you customize a plan to meet my exact needs?

AIMCENTRAL.NET realizes that our plans are not going to meet everybody’s exact needs. If you require additional disk space, data transfer, IP addresses etc…AIMCENTRAL.NET has the ability to adjust and customize our plans to meet your exact requirements.

Can I get a trial period to test your servers and make sure all of my software is compatible?

AIMCENTRAL.NET offer a 15 day trial period on all of our hosting packages.  If you find that you are dissatisfied with our services or you have a compatibility issue, simply log on to our web based billing system within 15 days and opt to cancel your account.  At that time we will refund all of you money.

With a reseller account do I have to call you when I want to add a new domain?

On all of our reseller packages a web based control panel is included that gives you the ability to add and release domains at your convenience right from your computer.

Can I upgrade my account in the middle of my contract?

Yes, you can upgrade your account at any time.

How many domains can I host with each of your reseller plans?

There is no set amount of domains you can host on any of our reseller plans.  The amount of sites you can host is limited to the amount of disk storage you are allotted on each of the plans.  The more content you have on a site the less total sites you can host on any of our plans.
